Every flake floor we install follows the same steps. Most garages are finished in 1-2 days.
We grind the concrete with diamond tooling so the coating has a clean, open surface to bond to.
Cracks, chips, and pits get filled and smoothed.
We roll out the base coat that anchors the system to the slab.
While the base coat is wet, we broadcast flakes across the entire floor for full coverage. Extra flakes are scraped and cleaned off once it sets.
