Message Use Cases: We may send text messages for quote inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, service notifications, and customer service communications.
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry. Message frequency may vary based on your project needs.
Opt-Out Instructions: To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message upon successful opt-out.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply when receiving text messages. Cozy Home Solutions LLC does not charge for messages, but carrier charges for message delivery may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your plan's message and data rates.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Text message delivery is subject to the availability and reliability of your wireless carrier's network. Cozy Home Solutions LLC is not responsible for:

Delays or failures in message delivery caused by network issues
Messages that are not received due to carrier filtering or blocking
Service interruptions or outages by third-party carriers
Carrier-imposed message size limits or technical restrictions

5. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services and provide consent to receive text messages. By using our services or opting into our SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

6. Services Description

We provide epoxy and concrete coating services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to garage floors, patios, pool decks, and driveways. All services are performed by licensed professionals using industry-standard materials and techniques.

7. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, material requirements, and scope of work. A minimum deposit may be required to secure your project date.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks may incur additional fees.

9. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions.

10. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on workmanship for residential installations. Warranty coverage is subject to proper care and maintenance of the coated surface. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or natural wear and tear.

11. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
