Cerritos was once Dairy Valley, a city of dairy farms, before it was rebuilt in the 1960s and '70s into a planned suburb of well-kept homes, parks and shopping. Today it is known for the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts, Cerritos Towne Center, its striking public library and the Cerritos Auto Square. Homes are typically larger tract designs with attached two- and three-car garages. Cozy Coatings installs garage, interior and commercial floor coatings for Cerritos homeowners and businesses.
A clean, durable floor that resists oil and tire marks.
A low-maintenance finish for family garages.
A showroom-quality look for car lovers.
UV-resistant upgrades for backyard concrete.
For service departments, retail, offices and warehouses.
Polished floors for showrooms and commercial interiors.
With the Auto Square in town, it's no surprise that plenty of Cerritos garages hold cars their owners care about. A metallic or high-end flake floor turns the garage into a showroom and makes it easy to keep clean.
Cerritos homeowners tend to keep their houses in excellent shape, but the garage floor is often still bare, stained concrete. A coating finishes the space to match the rest of the home.
Many Cerritos homes hold extended families, and the garage often serves as storage, workspace or extra room. A durable, easy-to-clean floor makes it more useful.
From auto service bays to retail and office space, local businesses benefit from floors that resist chemicals, clean easily and look professional.
The city sits inland enough to get warm, sunny afternoons. Open garage doors let sunlight and hot tires hit the floor. Our garage systems resist hot tire pickup and wipe clean.
